Job description
We are hiring for Medical Front Desks in the Merriam, KS (66204) or Overland Park, KS area for a clinic!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Check Patients in & Check Patients Out
- Verify patient's benefit eligibility
- Verify insurance
- Collect Patient Demographics
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer phones
- May help prepare rooms or stock rooms but rarely
- They use Modernizing Medicine EMR.
- They see about 50 - 100 patients a day depending on the providers workload.
- They also have to answer phones, so need to be able to multitask.
Schedule: M-F - 8a-5p
Location: 66204 area
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience
- Great tenure
- Attention to detail
- Open to going to different offices when needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and working well with the team.
Pay:
- $17-$20/hr
