Laboratory Sterilization Technician

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Sterilization Technician to join our team in supporting manufacturing activities within a controlled aseptic cleanroom environment. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and compliance to ensure the production of safe, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and enhanced cleaning of aseptic cleanrooms and supporting areas following established procedures.
• Don sterile garbing and demonstrate aseptic techniques in a cleanroom environment.
• Prepare, label, and use cleaning materials and solutions accurately.
• Sort and dispose of waste materials in compliance with regulations.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation adhering to cGMP principles.
• Monitor and report equipment, safety, and process concerns.
• Support QC sampling, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain sanitation-related equipment and perform setup/preparation activities for production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom environments, and cGMP principles preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Recent eye exam certification (20/30 vision minimum) required.
• Must pass an English Competency Test.
