Job description

The Insurance Attorney Negotiator (IAN) is responsible for using skills, training, and settlement authority to negotiate an amicable agreement with auto insurance carriers, personal injury attorneys, or negligent third parties in order to settle existing hospital liens.

Process: Communicate with attorneys and auto insurance companies, investigate accidents, find out how much policy limits there are, find out what the settlement would be, then settle the account.
