Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Job Description:

This position works in conjunction with the Critical Care Manager and Clinical Supervisor to assess, plan, implement, and collaborate with other departments, ensuring the highest level of patient and family care aligned with our mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
  • Develops an age-appropriate plan of care, which addresses physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs, in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
  • Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation of interventions.
  • Evaluates progress towards desired outcomes, revises plan of care and intervenes as necessary.
  • Educates patient and families regarding current health status, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Provides service excellence to all customers.
  • Demonstrates efficient time management and prioritization skills.
  • Maintains professional standards related to clinical practice, staffing and continuing education.
  • Practices fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Actively participates in hospital committees, CQI teams, and Quality Improvement Program.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • May be required to work on other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN encouraged.
  • Current Wyoming Nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
  • Team player, adaptable, organized

Schedule/ Shift:

  • Rotating shifts (self-scheduling) with a mix of 9 day shifts and 9 night shifts (3 12-hour shifts per week, 50/50 split).

  • 2 on-call shifts per rotation (total of 20 shifts in a rotation).

  • Additional $200 for the 3rd on-call day if it occurs.

Shift times:

  • Day shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Night shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
