Hospital Patient Account Representative - Lancaster, PA

Overview of Position:

  • Assisting patients in state or federal program applications for medical assistance and coverage.
  • Speaking with patients, family members, banks to complete necessary documents.

  • Health insurance verification.
  • Working with both commercial and government insurances to identify eligibility regulations.
Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience
  • 2 years within an office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft (word and excel)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
Schedule/Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30 PM
Location: Lancaster, PA - ON SITE
