Hospital Patient Account Representative - Lancaster, PA

Overview of Position:
- Assisting patients in state or federal program applications for medical assistance and coverage.
Speaking with patients, family members, banks to complete necessary documents.
- Health insurance verification.
- Working with both commercial and government insurances to identify eligibility regulations.
Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- 2 years within an office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft (word and excel)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
Schedule/Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30 PM
