  Expected Shift/Hours:

  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexibility.
  • No nights or weekends.
  • Offers mileage reimbursement and weekly pay.

  Address/Commute:

  • Company headquarters is in Oak Brook (no need to report there).
  • Assessments will be conducted across cities just south of I-355.
  • Maximum travel is 1 hour from your home.

  Expected Duration: Permanent

  Expected Pay: $150 per assessment (~$150k annually based on daily averages).

  Visit Overview:

  • Initial Visits: (~2+ hours)

    • Conduct comprehensive wound evaluations and assessments.
    • Address patient concerns, including nutrition, hygiene, and daily treatment needs.
    • Document history, wound evaluations, and patient status.
    • Provide education on wound care and hygiene.
    • Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (varies according to plan of care).

  • Follow-Up Visits: (~1-1.5 hours)

    • Average 5 patients per day in an 8-hour shift.
    • Execute care plans, performing advanced treatments such as wound debridement (tasks beyond RN scope).
    • Travel: No more than 1 hour between homes; no work past 6:00 PM.
