Now Hiring a Bilingual Front Office Representative with a Non-Profit Organization that provides different types of care in Phoenix, AZ 85034!
Duties:
- Check Patients in and out
- Check Eligibility for Insurance
- Take Co-pays
- Schedule Appointments
- Handle phones
- Explain services
- Explain payment options (if uninsured)
- Provide customer service to not only patients but all visitors
Expectations:
- Consistently performs specific assigned daily and general duties; meets deadlines.
- Knows and consistently implements the organization's mission and all approved policies, protocols and procedures.
- Regularly supports compliance and accreditation efforts as assigned including, but not limited to OSHA, Joint Commission and HIPAA and Behavioral Healthcare Network.
- Respects and acknowledges the organization's commitment to cultural diversity, which is expressed
through behavior, language, and actions. - Consistently demonstrates good use of time and resources.
- Consistently interacts with clients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on the organization and promotes teamwork.

- Customer Service
- Medical Front Office Experience
- Willingness to Learn
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
