- Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
- May be asked to focus on outbound calls/messages around technical issues and general program questions based on volume.
- Answer non-complex inquiries related to fertility managed services benefit and benefits design/navigation within target response times and with high member satisfaction.
- Answering contacts related to "Member Wallet" and payments-related member issues.
- Assisting members with ensuring relevant documentation is submitted for reimbursement requests.
- Processing receipts submitted by members for reimbursement across all areas of the Member Wallet product.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a strong customer service orientation.
- Provide a high degree of empathy in dealing with sensitive topics.
- Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
- 1-2 years of member-facing experience in support in the fertility benefits space (experience in healthcare, financial services and/or claims may be acceptable in lieu of direct fertility benefit navigation)
- Proficient in Google Workspace Tools (i.e. Macbooks)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - adaptable
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Schedule/ Shift: Please fill in
- (2 Openings): Tuesday - Saturday, with the weekday hours set as 8:30am-5pm ET, and Saturday hours 9am-5:30pm ET
- (1 Opening): Sunday - Thursday, with the weekday hours set as 1pm-9:30pm ET, and Sunday hours 9am-5:30pm ET
