Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of remote work after an initial in-person training period in Pittsburgh. You will be responsible for part set-ups and performing various administrative tasks to support internal operations.

Please note - individual must be local to Pittsburgh due to the first 1-2 weeks being in person prior to going remote.

  • Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Initial In-Person Training Required, Remote After First 1-2 Weeks)
  • Pay: $18/hour
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Schedule: M-F Day Shift (40 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal requests for information using reporting tools and documentation.
  • Perform accurate data entry into multiple systems.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Complete various other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree or an additional 2 years of relevant experience
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • 1 year of data entry experience

Communication Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Computer or Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent typing and keyboarding skills with high accuracy
  • Experience with database programs preferred

Other Skills Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to see, talk, and hear
  • Able to sit, stand, and walk
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
