ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Medix is currently seeking a Corporate Trainer for Radiology Imaging Products and Application Workflows. This is a contact to hire role with our client - a large healthcare system with 18 operational hospitals, and growing through Merger & Acquisition. The health system acquired a number of hospitals within the past year, and this role is to help train Radiologists and RT's on the navigation and use of Radiology products: Philips Intellispace PACS, the Nuance suite (PowerScribe 360, PowerShare), Workflow Orchestration (Nuance Prism or Clario).

This role will be traveling up to 30% of the time to the Southeastern US to provide in-person training for clinical professionals in Radiology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Traveling up to 30% to provide in-person, hands-on training in a lab setting for Radiology PACS and 3rd party Imaging Applications
• Assisting with creating and managing course curriculum and instructional design materials in the Learning Management Platform (Articulate)
• Providing both classroom and webinar training
• Holding formal and ad-hoc training sessions to demo and teach Radiologists on a new PACS platform - Philips Intellispace PACS
• Training and educating Radiologists and RTs on the standard dictation platform - Nuance PowerScribe 360
• Training and educating Radiologists on the Worklist Orchestration standards - Nuance Workflow Orchestrator (similar to Intelerad Clario)
• Training and coordinating with Imaging Super-users

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Willing to travel and provide in-person classroom training up to 30%
• Required 3 years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development / Training
• Required 2-3 years of Radiology PACS and Imaging Applications
• Must have prior product knowledge of the Nuance suite - Powerscribe 360, PowerShare
• Experience training on Modality Worklists and Workflow Orchestrator products (ie Nuance Workflow, Clario, etc)
• Prior experience training Radiologists
• Strong teaching / learning & Development skills
• Excellent communication skills
