Clinic Support Associate - Multiple Flexible Schedules!

Position Summary:

As a Clinic Support Associate, you'll be a vital part of our team, delivering direct patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You'll assist clinicians with examinations, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Escort patients to exam rooms, record vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure), and document visit information.
  • Medication & Immunizations: Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed by clinicians or standing orders.
  • Clinical Procedures: Assist with procedures like ear lavage, EKGs, and bladder scans.
  • Rooming Process: Complete medication reconciliation, review allergies and immunizations, and ensure all necessary forms and questionnaires are completed.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient flow, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and clinic policies.

Requirements:

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) diploma or MA (Medical Assistant) diploma.
  • BLS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pediatrics (peds)
  • Prior rooming experience
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Experience with general office duties.
