Back Office Medical Assistant (Cardio)

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

HIRING ASAP

Pay: $19-$23/HR

Location: Gilbert/Chandler Area

MUST BE OPEN TO FLOATING

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Or GED Required

• MA Diploma

• 2-3 Years Of MA Experience

• Detail Oriented & Empathetic

• Professional

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients

• EKG's

• Answering patients phone calls - the MA's have a phone "pool" where they will answer incoming calls for their provider

• Put in orders that the provider signs off on

• Patient intake

• Obtain vital signs

• Referrals

• Will be cross trained and likely help to cover in the front office

• Authorizations

• Chart prep

Selling Points

• Experience Working For A Large Health Organization

• Foot in the door with a major specialty

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of Experience

• MA Diploma or Certificate

• Experience Working in High Volume Clinics (40+ Patients)

• Must be Open to Traveling to Assist Between Chandler and Gilbert Clinics (only 5 miles apart)

Nice to Have Skills

• Specialty or Cardio Experience is a PLUS

• EKG Experience

• Outbound Patient Phone Call Experience
