AR Collector

We are looking for a AR Collector individual with at least 1 year of previous experience in AR Denials and commercial insurance

Location - Arlington Heights, Illinois - Fully onsite

Salary - $20 - $23/hr based on experience

Contract to hire role with opportunity for growth

Day to Day:

• This person will be in more of a full rev cycle role. They will be working a lot with submission of claims, pulling medical records and AR denials.They are very workman's comp heavy but don't need that experience specifically.
• Soft skills are very important. Looking for someone who is dependable, good communicator, willing to ask questions.
• Patient contact is going to be heavy. They have to be comfortable being on the phone for a large portion of the day.
• They use AllScripts as their EMR system. Knowledge of this is not a requirement but would be helpful!
• Professionalism is very important.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-4:30PM
