Account Executive Job Description:
Garlic Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, selling and promoting a variety of insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by securing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
Salary: 45k - 50k annual base with commission potential to earn 80k in 1-2 years, 100k
Schedule/Shift
Remote / Hybrid - very flexible with this (need to just do 40 hours a week during business hours) - if local only 1 day in office (not mandatory)
Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with timely updates on their policies.
- Sales & Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base, presenting Garlic Insurance's services to potential clients. Cold Calling, emailing, getting in touch with Brokers
- Insurance Consultation: Educate clients on available insurance products, policies, and coverage options that align with their needs.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Ensure that all client information is accurately entered into the system and that all necessary documentation is processed efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and improve client experiences.
- Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that all actions comply with legal and company standards.
