Job description

Job Title: X-Ray Technologist

Location: Joilet,IL 60435
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Rotating Weekends (once a month): 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be well-trained in radiologic technology, able to work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays) as requested by physicians
  • Ensure images are of high quality and provide clear diagnostic results
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain patient comfort during imaging procedures
  • Work independently while collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 6 months to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be AART registered or eligible and IDNS licensed
  • CPR certification

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DEXA or Epic
