Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading clinical meetings on substance abuse and integrating findings into service plans.
  • Overseeing the team's integrated dual disorder treatment (IDDT).
  • Identifying client needs based on substance use severity, stage of change, and immediate requirements, and recommending treatment goals.
  • Conducting substance use assessments, promoting harm reduction, and applying outreach and stage-wise treatment.
  • Assessing risk levels and determining necessary interventions for recovery.
  • Deciding when clients require inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation, detox, or other substance use programs.
  • Referring and advocating for clients needing external interventions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SMI/SUD populations
  • Experience in community-based services.
  • CASAC or LMSW
