Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or Pharmacy Doctorate (PharmD) required
- Kentucky Pharmacist license is required
Responsibilities
- Evaluates pharmacotherapies to assure the appropriate selection, dosing and dispensing of medications
Pay: $58-70/hr (DOE)
Location: Pikeville, KY
Hours: 4x10s, 9-10am start (every 6th w/e during summer, every 3 during the winter)
Nice to Have Skills
- 4-5 years experience ideal
