Hiring professional and reliable candidates to join our Front Desk Team of Patient Access Representatives.

Full Time!

Monday-Thursday 7:55am-5pm

The Medical Reception team members are responsible for creating a friendly and warm
impression for patients and guests at every visit. You are the face of the clinic and set the tone
for the patient's experience. In addition to excellent clinical interactions, it is our goal to provide
a positive and comfortable experience at every visit. You will work collaboratively with all clinic
staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility and displaying a positive
demeanor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create an inviting environment to patients by providing outstanding, cheerful, ever-helpful
service
Recognize, pleasantly welcome, and register patients at check in. Serve as a role model for
patient service
Guide patients through intake processes, new patient forms, copies of office policies, and legally
required documents. Assisting in full completion and accuracy of paperwork.
Maintain focus in presence of interruptions
Complete transactions using POS systems, reconcile daily collections reports, and complete
provider log
Answer multi-line phone system and follow the phone tree for call routing
Follow supervisor's directions and clinic policies and procedures in all activities
Collect registration forms, verify insurance information and update any new information.
Interact with all patients and staff gracefully and respectfully
Give and accept feedback gracefully
Schedule patients based on predetermined appointment arrangements
Pull and organize patient charts prior to appointment
Inventory, stocking, and cleaning of lobby, waiting room, and other clinic areas
Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries and relay message to
appropriate staff
Maintain clean and organized patient waiting area
Inform leadership of operational problems and patient feedback
Opening and closing of clinic
Scanning documents and maintaining medical records into practice management systems
Respect for client confidentiality
Any other job duties that might be requested by the providers or management to help the office
run efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year receptionist experience

Minimum 3 years customer service / service industry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform detailed work in a fast-paced environment
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to use an Apple computer and navigate computer programs, preferably including EMR
experience
Excellent customer service skills
