Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician - Lowell, MA (Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire)

Overview:

• The Behavioral Health Clinician (Licensed / License Eligible) is a licensed or licensed eligible clinician who will provide evidence-based outpatient therapeutic interventions to people experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders and/ or behavioral health concerns. (To be clear there is no license required for this position, but it is preferred).

  The Behavioral Health Clinician is part of a comprehensive team of clinicians, bachelor level counselors, recovery coaches, and peers who provide a full range of services to children, adults, families, and/or groups in need either in person, in the community and/or by telehealth. Standard case load is 60 - 65, but will fluctuate. Some patients will be seen weekly, some bi weekly, or once a month.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in related clinical field is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar behavioral health (mental health or substance use) setting required.
• Must have a vehicle to travel to the Lawrence location.
• Must be able to complete CPR, First Aid, and CPSS certification trainings within defined timelines. Vinfen offers training upon hire.
• Must be able to successfully pass a multistate CORI, SORI, reference check, employment verification, education and credentialing background check

Schedule/Shift:

• Sunday - Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday 12:00pm - 8:00pm

  Friday and Saturday are off days.

Pay Range:

• $71,780 - $78,480 per year (if DH, if CTH on an hourly basis)
