Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced clinic setting. This position involves a mix of patient care, administrative tasks, and preparation to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate should be able to keep up with the fast pace of the clinic, work independently, and provide high-quality patient care with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Take vitals, update patient information in the EMR system, and assist with chart prep.
• Handle 12-15 patients per day, providing thorough and compassionate care.
• Order tests, follow up with patients, and prepare for afternoon clinic or the following day.
• Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and supplies are ready for patient care and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all charting is up to date.
• Be able to float between Lone Tree and Littleton sites.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• BLS
• Minimum 1.5 years MA experience
• EMR proficiency

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
