Medical Administrative Assistant II
π Location: Concord, MA
π° Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
β° Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant II to join our busy physician practice. This patient-facing role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in an ambulatory practice or surgical scheduling setting.

Patient check-in/check-out
β
Collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
β
Scheduling surgeries and patient appointments
β
Managing inbound patient calls regarding appointments and general inquiries
β
Utilizing EPIC (or similar EMR system) to manage patient records
Must-Have Skills:
β Experience working in a physician practice
β Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred but not required)
β Strong scheduling experience, including patient appointments and surgeries
Nice-to-Have Skills:
β Surgical scheduling background
β Familiarity with EPIC EMR
π Free on-site parking
π Supportive and collaborative team environment
π Stable Monday - Friday schedule-no weekends!
