Medical Administrative Assistant II
πŸ“ Location: Concord, MA
πŸ’° Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
⏰ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant II to join our busy physician practice. This patient-facing role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in an ambulatory practice or surgical scheduling setting.

Key Responsibilities:

βœ… Patient check-in/check-out
βœ… Collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
βœ… Scheduling surgeries and patient appointments
βœ… Managing inbound patient calls regarding appointments and general inquiries
βœ… Utilizing EPIC (or similar EMR system) to manage patient records

What You Bring:

Must-Have Skills:
βœ” Experience working in a physician practice
βœ” Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred but not required)
βœ” Strong scheduling experience, including patient appointments and surgeries

Nice-to-Have Skills:
βž• Surgical scheduling background
βž• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
