Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient intake (vital signs, medical history, reason for visit).
• Administering medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting during exams and procedures; monitoring patient conditions.
• Preparing exam rooms, maintaining equipment, and performing wound care.
• Collecting specimens and conducting point-of-care testing.
• Educating patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Documenting patient care in the EHR.
• Scheduling appointments, tests, and referrals.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and addressing patient concerns.

Required:

• LPN License
• 1+ years of patient care experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
