Job description
Position: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary: $36-$45 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will provide essential patient care under physician orders and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring healing progress.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:
- ER RN experience or previous home health experience.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of 5-8 patients per day.
