Monday-Thursday, 7AM to 5:30PM

Pay: $24-28/HR

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in electronic/electrical circuitry and control panel assembly.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical wiring systems and controller programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble and Test: Build and test industrial control panels using schematic wiring diagrams; load and test PLCs and HMIs.
  • Wiring Experience: Work with 3-phase AC wiring (up to 600V), single-phase AC, low-voltage DC analog/digital wiring, and network wiring.
  • Wiring Harnesses: Develop and manufacture wiring harnesses for standard control panels, and unit-level wiring kits to enhance efficiency in production.
  • Schematic Interpretation: Read, interpret, and understand schematic wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and specifications for installation and service checks.
  • Installation: Install wiring and conduit (rigid and flexible) with high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix malfunctions in equipment and control panels.
  • Storekeeping: Maintain organized electrical parts storage and clean work areas.
  • Departmental Role: Primarily work in the electrical department, with control panel assembly and unit-level wiring in various areas including manufacturing and occasionally outdoors.
  • Collaboration: Regularly interact with engineering, management, and parts delivery personnel; update wiring diagrams as needed. Receive instructions from the electrical department lead and prioritize tasks based on the production manager's schedule.
