Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) fluent in Spanish to join our team as an Assessment RN. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly licensed RNs looking to make a difference in the lives of our diverse patient population. No prior experience is required; however, a New York State RN license is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and care needs using the Uniform Assessment System (UAS).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessment findings and care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards of nursing practice.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to be in the field 4 days per week (in the Bronx) and remote work the 5th day
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: $52 hourly

Hours: 40 hours/week - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (NO weekends, NO holidays, NO on call)

Location: Hybrid role: 4 days in the field in the Bronx, NY and 1 day remote

Start Date: ASAP

Benefits: In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
