About the Opportunity
We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated Medical Billing Specialists to join a rapidly expanding healthcare revenue cycle team. In this direct-hire, fully remote position, you will validate, generate, and submit medical claims while resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Access and navigate specialized billing and EMR platforms (such as Cyto) to review and validate complex medical claims.

Review claim data accuracy to ensure clean, compliant billing information is delivered to third-party payers.

Generate and submit medical claims to payers in an efficient, deadline-driven production environment.

Identify and resolve claim-level discrepancies and errors to prevent delays in adjudication and reimbursement.

Maintain clear documentation and adhere to billing guidelines, compliance standards, and payer requirements.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of direct medical billing or healthcare claims processing experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of claim submission lifecycles, billing codes, and third-party payer requirements.

Computer Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, comfortable navigating multiple software systems and web-based applications simultaneously.

Remote Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a stationary, remote setting.
