Job Summary
Our client is seeking two Senior Epic PB Analysts to join and grow its internal team. This role involves critical support for the professional billing module of Epic, ensuring efficient operations and optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing ticket resolution
- Executing new build configurations
- Leading optimization efforts within Epic Professional Billing
Qualifications
- Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification
- Epic PB Claims certification (Strong plus)
- General ledger experience (Strong plus)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, including ticket resolution, new build, and optimization
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead Q&A sessions and work effectively with strong personalities
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Remote for candidates outside the local metropolitan area; local candidates work onsite one day a week (Tuesdays)
- State Requirements: Indiana, working to obtain additional approved states
