Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinician to provide direct therapy, assessments, and basic case management for youth and families in a clinic-based setting. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of individuals aged 0-21, often dealing with moderate to severe acuity patients.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Provide 1:1 therapy within the Youth and Family Department in a clinic-based setting.
- Conduct assessments and perform basic case management, with support from a dedicated case manager as needed.
- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
- Receive regular supervision.
- Primarily focus on seeing clients, with 1-2 assessment slots per week.
- Manage a caseload of 35-40 clients, with varied session frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
- Work with clients ranging from 0-21 years of age.
- Handle patients with moderate to severe acuity; higher acuity cases may be managed by the FSP team.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Must be an ACSW/AMFT/APCC.
- Must be registered on BBS.
Qualifications
- Experience in a higher acuity setting.
- Ability to manage a caseload with moderate to severe acuity patients.
Experience
- Some experience in a higher acuity setting.
- Case management experience with the youth and family population is beneficial.
