Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support sales and business development efforts. This role involves promoting the organization's healthcare revenue cycle, early-out billing, first-party billing support, accounts receivable management, and third-party collection solutions. Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, scheduling and conducting sales meetings, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through implementation. Additionally, this position provides ongoing client relationship and success management through inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and business development initiatives.
- Promote healthcare revenue cycle, early-out billing, first-party billing support, accounts receivable management, and third-party collection solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings.
- Support the sales process from initial contact through implementation.
- Provide ongoing client relationship and success management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and client requests.
- Conduct service-related follow-up and coordinate with internal Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, IT, and leadership teams to ensure client needs are addressed promptly and relationships remain strong.
Qualifications
- Proactive professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage healthcare decision-makers.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with medical collection agencies, third-party medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of two years of sales, business development, customer service, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, collections, or related healthcare services is a plus.
Skills
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, independent work.
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, or business development activities may be requested based on business needs but is not a regular requirement of the position.
