Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Epic Certified Healthy Planet Analyst to provide configuration, optimization, analysis, and technical support for Epic Healthy Planet. This role involves supporting system configuration and enhancements, defining requirements and workflows, validating builds through testing, troubleshooting issues, and closely collaborating with clinical, care management, quality, reporting, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining Campaigns and Compass Rose care management programs used for targeted outreach and care-gap closure.
- Configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Healthy Planet build used to support care-gap closure.
- Developing and maintaining registries, MyPanel metrics, and population-specific dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Partnering with quality, reporting, and care management teams to support timely and accurate quality performance tracking.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Healthy Planet Analyst.
- Experience building and maintaining Campaigns and Compass Rose care management programs.
- Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Healthy Planet build.
- Ability to develop and maintain registries, MyPanel metrics, and population-specific dashboards.
- Experience partnering with quality, reporting, and care management teams.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Healthy Planet Analyst.
Skills
- Epic Healthy Planet configuration and optimization.
- Data analysis and technical support.

Additional Requirements
- Compass Rose certification and experience are preferred.
