Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant with a strong clinical back-office focus to join their multi-provider practice. This role involves preparing rooms, taking vital signs, recording chief complaints, and assisting providers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support, manage patient paperwork, and handle incoming phone calls as needed.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Clinical Back-Office Focus: Prepare rooms, collect vital signs, record chief complaints, and assist providers in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with patient paperwork and handle incoming phone calls as needed alongside core clinical duties.
- Patient Volume & Systems: Manage 15–20 patients per provider daily within a multi-provider practice using NextGen EHR.
- High-Volume Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic setting that requires strong efficiency and adaptability.

Experience
- 2+ Years Clinical MA Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced clinical setting managing patient intake, vitals, and provider support.
Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Proficiency with EMR Systems: Direct hands-on experience navigating Electronic Medical Records to manage patient charts, charting, and documentation accurately.
- Nextgen EMR experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish) (Preferred)
