Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Enrollment Associate to join their team. This role primarily involves handling inbound calls to enroll members in a variety of core and voluntary benefits, including vision, medical, and universal life with long-term care. The successful candidate will manage comprehensive enrollment discussions, often across multiple projects, and contribute to achieving closing ratio targets while maintaining high standards of call quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll members in a wide variety of core and voluntary benefits, which may include vision, medical, and universal life with long-term care.
- Conduct comprehensive enrollment calls, efficiently managing call durations that may vary.
- Manage assignments across multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to diverse product offerings.
- Handle inbound calls exclusively; no cold calling is required.
- Adhere to call quality standards; all calls are recorded and subject to weekly reviews and scoring.
- Contribute to team goals, specifically aiming for a 50% closing ratio for voluntary products.
Qualifications
- Possess an active Life and Health resident license, specifically licensed in Florida.
- Minimum of one season of enrollment experience in Life and Health.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Windows 11.
- Ability to provide own suitable computer equipment (no tablets or iPads).
- Preferred: Licensed in multiple states.
- Preferred: Experience presenting a life insurance policy.
- Preferred: Medicare Sales experience demonstrated with a client-centric approach.
- Preferred: Experience selling other insurance products, particularly those involving Life with Long-term Care.
Experience
- At least one season of enrollment experience in Life and Health.
Skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows 11 and personal equipment setup.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for explaining complex insurance products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Customer-focused approach to sales and enrollment.
Education
- Life and Health resident license.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work a 40-hour week covering a shift within the hours of operation (9am-8pm EST), with earliest shift start at 9am EST and latest at 11:30am EST.
- Must provide own computer equipment running Windows 11 (no tablets or iPads).
