Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to join their team. This role involves leading, mentoring, and supervising junior analysts, overseeing the design, build, validation, testing, and maintenance of the Epic Cupid cardiology module, and optimizing cardiovascular workflows in partnership with clinical stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be a primary escalation point for complex technical issues and manage project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior or mid-level Cupid analysts and support staff.
- Oversee the design, build, validation, testing, and maintenance of the Epic Cupid cardiology module.
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders (such as cardiologists and nurses) to streamline cardiovascular testing, imaging, and reporting workflows.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, ticket resolution, and system troubleshooting.
- Manage work priorities, resource allocation, and cross-team rollouts or software upgrades.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with support, ticket resolution, and workflow optimization.
- Proven mentoring/leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and work with clinical/operational stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular workflows and related Epic systems.

- 3+ years of Epic Cupid experience.

Additional Requirements
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.
