Key Responsibilities

• Client & Implementation Support:

  • Monitor, triage, and manage shared implementation support inboxes, resolving routine client inquiries using established procedures.

  • Coordinate behind-the-scenes onboarding tasks, track progress in spreadsheets/tools, and ensure open client requests are resolved accurately.

  • Outreach to clients and health plan partners to follow up on missing plan documents, contracts, or employee eligibility files.

• System Setup & Data Verification:

  • Access, organize, and parse employer plan documentation across Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

  • Convert plan details into the internal software structure using guided tools and templates.

  • Perform quality audits by cross-checking system entries against source benefit documents to ensure 100% accuracy before go-live.

  • Flag discrepancies, correct data errors, and escalate complex technical questions to senior benefits specialists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree (recent grads strongly encouraged to apply!).

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers, managing multiple browser tabs/systems, and working within Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Excel.

• Extreme Attention to Detail: A spot-the-difference mindset with a commitment to producing error-free work.

• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team correspondence.

• Adaptability & Coachability: Ability to follow documented procedures, absorb feedback quickly, and ask proactive questions when stuck.

• Reliability: Dedicated commitment to working standard Mountain Time hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MDT) during the peak fall onboarding season.
