Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to fill a Patient Access Manager role, specifically an Epic Patient Access Analyst II (Level 2), in a Contract-to-Hire capacity. This position is crucial for supporting nationwide clinic operations, addressing a critical vacancy, and providing support across hundreds of outpatient/dialysis clinics. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical proficiency in Epic revenue cycle and front-office applications, combined with the adaptability needed to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing operational build, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude applications.
- Manage and optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) integrations and workflows across clinic network operations.
- Support hundreds of clinics nationwide, quickly pivoting priorities to address urgent application and front-office access issues.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, including evaluating front-office decision trees and access workflows.
Qualifications
- Certified in Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude.
- Strong proficiency with Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows and standard Patient Access application build.
- Strong RT (Routing and Transfer) experience.
- Strong scheduling and registration knowledge.
- Exceptional adaptability and strong communication skills.
- A fast-paced problem-solving mindset suitable for supporting dynamic, high-volume clinic environments.
Experience
- 2–5 years of dedicated Epic build/support experience as a Level 2 Analyst.
Skills
- Technical Skills: Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), Epic RT (Routing and Transfer), Epic Welcome, scheduling, registration knowledge. Experience with Decision Trees is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, strong communication, fast-paced problem-solving, ability to quickly pivot priorities, hard-working mindset.
Additional Requirements
- This is a Contract-to-Hire role, with a target of 6 months as a Level 2 Analyst before potential conversion to a full-time employee.
- The work location is remote.
