Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst for a 6-month engagement as a non-permanent "guest teammate." This role will support the front office operations for Direct Primary Care / Dialysis Care Center (DCC), a key component of Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). As the organization is implementing Decision Trees for the first time, this individual will partner closely with Patient Access / PC leadership to guide build efforts and mentor existing internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and implementation of Epic Decision Trees for front-office workflows.
- Optimize and maintain workflows across Cadence and Prelude modules, ensuring seamless integration with Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to internal teammates unfamiliar with Decision Tree logic and setup.
- Partner with Patient Access (PC) and operational stakeholders to align system configuration with clinical and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Certified in Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude.
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying Epic Decision Trees and configuring Real-Time Eligibility (RTE).
- Senior-level consultant (Level 3 equivalent) with extensive healthcare system experience in high-volume, multi-site environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities to assist teams undergoing workflow transitions.
