Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to conduct high-quality therapy sessions and lead outpatient efforts across school and outpatient settings. This position requires a focus on client-centered approaches and bridging clinical care with prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions across school-based and outpatient settings.
- Act as an independent clinician embedded in school districts for in-person therapy.
- Provide leadership oversight and mentor junior staff for outpatient management.
- Assist with case management and client Presumptive Eligibility (PE).
- Maintain a target of 21 Patient Service Events (PSEs) per week.
- Ensure clinical documentation is submitted within a 48-hour deadline.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree level in mental/behavioral health.
- Licensure: Open to LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW.
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience in relevant fields.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- School-based therapy experience preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in various therapy techniques, including CBT and DBT.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to embrace change and foster accountability.
