Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for coordinating and executing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute 5-7 Phase II/III pharma-sponsored clinical trials, managing study visits and documentation.
- Conduct participant recruitment and informed consent procedures in compliance with GCP and IRB standards.
- Collect source data and manage trial data entry and regulatory binders.
- Oversee collection, processing, storage, and shipping of biological specimens.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full trial execution experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in an FDA-regulated setting.
- Proven experience running Phase II and Phase III pharmaceutical-sponsored trials.
- Strong protocol comprehension and the ability to execute complex study protocols.
- Solid understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and regulatory compliance.
- CCRC or equivalent clinical research certification preferred.
Skills
- Experience with electronic source (eSource), CTMS, and EDC software platforms.
- Hands-on phlebotomy, CPR/BLS certification, or specimen handling capabilities preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
- Occasional early mornings or weekends with advance notice based on study needs.
