Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Interviewer responsible for conducting telephonic medication interviews and supporting Medication Therapy Management (MTM) activities. This role involves ensuring accuracy in documenting interactions, managing medication and therapy data, and maintaining a focus on member experience and medication safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic medication interviews and support MTM activities.
• Verify member identity and secure consent for medication-related information discussions.
• Review and reconcile various types of medication including prescription, OTC, and supplements.
• Identify potential medication-related concerns and provide documentation.
• Educate and support members within the scope of practice, and escalate issues as needed.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including MTM platform and documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, alternating between home and office environments.

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare and/or telephonic outreach environment.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Skills

• Ability to navigate electronic documentation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Requirements

• Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM MST (Local Arizona Time). Mon & Fri are work-from-home days; Tues-Thurs are in-office days.
