Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support daily staff nursing activities in an outpatient setting. The role involves direct patient care, clinical quality improvements, and patient education, with a focus on chronic conditions and preventive health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily staff nursing activities, including direct patient care and triage.
• Partner with Providers and Center Managers for clinical quality improvement opportunities.
• Conduct clinical quality and safety monitoring for compliance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations and provide clinical resources and education.
• Train and mentor back-office medical staff on clinical competencies and patient safety.
• Ensure clinical workflow efficiency for consistent patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of outpatient clinical operations and value-based care principles.
• Excellent clinical, triage, and patient engagement skills.
• Working knowledge of healthcare legal regulations and clinical audit compliance.
• Ability to train and evaluate clinical competencies in back-office medical personnel.
• High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations.
• Bilingual fluency (Spanish or other local community languages) preferred.
