Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join their team. This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in providing clinically competent delivery of quality medical care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and patient-centered care, offering direct support to providers and clinical staff.
- Conduct essential patient care activities such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood samples, and conducting diagnostic tests.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by building rapport with team members and internal/external customers.

Qualifications
- An Associate degree in medical assisting or graduation from an accredited vocational Medical Assistant program.
- Unrestricted and in good standing certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service, compassion, and the ability to be a team player.
- Organizational skills and punctuality.
Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in areas such as Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, or Urgent Care.
Skills
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities.
