Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Service Team Leader responsible for managing secondary insurance accounts across various payer types. This role supports Business Services Office operations, including handling complex secondary account follow-up and resolving claim denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage secondary insurance accounts across multiple payer types, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, and other non-Medicare plans.
• Handle centralized claim denial routing and resolution.
• Utilize internal systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and the Patient Accounting System for daily tasks.
• Provide front desk coverage, adhering to security protocols.
• Assist in the onboarding and development of newer team members.
• Contribute to accounts receivable special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Desire to learn and be in a constant state of training.
• Recent college grad (associate's or bachelor's preferred).
• Prior experience in a business office, administrative, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle or patient accounting environments is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Role requires on-site presence five days per week.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
