Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in preparing medications for long-term care facilities. The role involves ensuring medications are accurately packed and ready for delivery, focusing on either daily or cycle filling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigned daily to either daily filling or cycle filling tasks.
- Expected to process about 125-150 packed items per day.
- Preparation and packing of medications for long-term care facilities.
- Cycle filling involves scanning and reviewing orders for 28-day medication cycles to ensure accuracy and preparation in advance.
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in performance.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high accuracy under direct supervision.
- Open to registering as a Pharmacy Technician; previous pharmacy experience is not required but is a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Rotating schedule with varying shifts, including working 1-2 closing/evening shifts and rotating weekends.
- Opportunities to earn overtime during weekends or holidays if chosen not to take compensatory weekdays off.
