About the Opportunity
Medix is partnering with a premier, membership-based private urgent and emergency care provider to place a dedicated Radiology Technologist I. This position offers a unique combination of clinical imaging, high-touch hospitality, and expanded lab responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-end care environment. As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will deliver exceptional service to patients while managing X-ray operations, basic laboratory testing, and patient intake.

Key Responsibilities

Perform X-ray procedures on a variety of body parts in accordance with established clinical standards and safety protocols.

Receive, review, and process physician requests for radiographic procedures, ensuring all images are legibly labeled with proper patient identification.

Monitor patient well-being during imaging procedures, recognizing discomfort or change in medical status and taking immediate, appropriate action.

Manage patient intake, registration, scheduling, document scanning, and checkout procedures in the EMR while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.

Conduct moderate-to-complex laboratory testing, perform routine quality control (QC), and complete required lab maintenance (complete internal training and certification provided on-site).

Greet patients with a warm, high-polish, and professional demeanor, upholding elite hospitality standards.

Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records for patient leads and registration updates, and manage the clinical medical hotline as needed.

Ensure clinic spaces remain immaculately clean, restock exam room supplies, prepare house call bags, and assist with physical patient lifts (up to 75 lbs) when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Required:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.

Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration.

Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating X-ray equipment.

Strong technical literacy, including proficiency with EMR systems, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and spreadsheet applications (Excel / Google Sheets).

Exceptional communication skills, poise, and discretion when interacting with high-profile clientele.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs to assist patients with physical mobility when needed.
