Have experience in healthcare operations, HIM, coding, revenue cycle, compliance, or payer operations? This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to help train and improve the next generation of AI technology.
You'll work behind the scenes — creating realistic healthcare scenarios, evaluating AI responses, and making sure models understand complex healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Create realistic healthcare prompts, scenarios, and documentation
- Test AI models and evaluate their responses
- Identify errors related to healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance
- Create grading rubrics and provide detailed feedback
- Apply your real-world healthcare knowledge to improve AI performance
What We're Looking For
- Healthcare Operations, HIM, Revenue Cycle, Coding, CDI, Payer/Health Plan, or related experience
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable working independently on detailed projects
- Ability to commit 30–40 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks
- Reliable computer/laptop + high-speed internet
- Bachelor's degree preferred; strong practical experience is highly valued
