Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Care Advocate to provide high-touch, personalized assistance within a dynamic contact center. The ideal candidate will be involved in creating a seamless care experience, guiding clients through medical journeys, facilitating doctor matching, and addressing client inquiries with empathy and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premier, high-touch assistance to clients within a high-volume contact center.
• Act as a dedicated personal guide, creating a seamless, premium care experience for each client.
• Walk clients through their medical journeys, explaining program perks, financial incentives, and timelines.
• Facilitate doctor matching and coordinate with clinical practices to fast-track care logistics.
• Address client inquiries with empathy and precision, ensuring individuals feel heard and respected.
• Drive outreach to onboard new program participants and build ongoing connections with clients.
• Champion the patient experience by simplifying the complexities of specialized healthcare.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to work any assigned schedule within the hours of 7am to 8pm CST.

Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in a customer service/service center and/or sales enablement role or healthcare-related role.

Additional Requirements

• Shift Schedules: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts between 7AM-8PM, no weekends. Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM for the first ~6 weeks.
• Remote rotating shift coverage 1-2 days per month with notice: 1:00PM-10:00PM.
