Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Director of Continuous Quality Improvement to lead the development and implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes for DCFS coaching programs. This role is responsible for ensuring program fidelity and performance, analyzing data trends, and overseeing collaborative initiatives to enhance program sustainability and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CQI processes specific to DCFS coaching programs.
- Monitor program implementation to ensure fidelity, quality, and consistency.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to leadership for program enhancement and sustainability.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data for coaching programs to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate program performance to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams, program leaders, and external partners to support CQI activities.
- Provide guidance to program staff on CQI principles, data interpretation, and quality improvement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in child welfare or related fields, including experience providing program evaluation, quality improvement, or data-driven program management.
- Experience applying implementation science principles, evaluating coaching or professional development programs, and working with evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions and practices preferred.
Skills
- Superior typing and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize data, and manage multiple job demands.
- Knowledge of computerized database setup.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance required, some mileage reimbursement provided for off-site travel.
- This is a grant-funded position and not eligible for hospital-issued increases. Should grant funding diminish or end, this position will be terminated.
