Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Revenue Analyst responsible for preparing quotes, financial analyses, and proposals. The role will involve serving as a liaison between Sales and Underwriting teams, coordinating provider and pharmacy searches, and utilizing Salesforce for data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, financial analyses, and proposals.
• Act as the liaison between Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process.
• Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management partners.
• Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze, and report on quoting data.
• Collect all necessary materials for review and ensure they are up-to-date and stored correctly.
• Assist with sales research and requests.
• Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc.
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Resourceful, driven, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong internal customer-service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency (preferred).

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, functions, and vlookups.
• Soft skills: Communication, organization, customer service, and resilience.
