Job Title: REMOTE Customer Service Representative*

**Must be located in a state within an Eastern or Central Time Zone**

Responsibilities/ Job Duties: 

• Handle high-volume inbound patient call flow (40–50 calls/day across ~15 facilities, with heavy volume on Mondays).
• Assist callers with billing questions, explanation of benefits (EOB) inquiries, and taking payments using multiple credit card processing platforms.
• Manage patient collection tasks and turnover opportunities to collection agencies during phone downtime.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Strong patient customer service demeanor, multitasking ability across multiple systems, and foundational health insurance/EOB comprehension (e.g., understanding Medicare 80/20 splits).

• Previous call center/ customer service experience dealing with insurances

• HIPAA compliant work space 

Schedule/ Shift:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (EST)
