Job Summary
We are seeking an Experience Specialist on behalf of our client. The primary responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls, moving clients from engagement to engagement, and supporting customers in various tasks related to electronic health records and medical practice environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 25 outbound calls daily, potentially more, along with inbound call handling.
- Facilitate movement from engaged to further engagement with clients.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for scheduling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience with understanding of scheduling and documentation integrity.
- Experience in care delivery or medical practice environments.
- Strong telephonic outreach skills and objection-handling capabilities.
- Residency within the local target market.
- Preferred experience: 2-3 years in the health plan industry, working with the elderly, and call center operations.
- Background as a Medical Assistant (MA), medical office experience, and experience in scheduling or intake roles.

- Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and telephonic outreach skills.
Additional Requirements
- Standard working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local market time.
